Beyond the quiet gates of Oak Pass Road, Villa One Tree unfolds like a private sanctuary in the hills, where modern architecture meets elemental beauty. Framed by mature oaks and curated greenery, this striking home by renowned architect Noah Walker is designed to flow seamlessly with its surroundings, both visually and experientially.

A monumental glass pivot door sets the tone on arrival, leading into a bright, expansive foyer anchored by a 10-foot living wall and wrapped in warm oak and textured brick. Wander further and the scale of the space reveals itself, a dramatic, open-plan interior where double-height ceilings, clean architectural lines and sweeping Fleetwood doors draw the eye outward to the hills beyond.

The kitchen is a sculptural masterpiece, combining twin marble islands, oak cabinetry and state-of-the-art Wolf and Subzero appliances. A floating staircase connects the levels, guiding you to a plush cinema room, a temperature-controlled wine gallery, a salt sauna and a glass-walled gym that seems to hover over the landscape.

Outside, the courtyard is a world of its own. A zero-edge pool mirrors the open sky, flanked by sunken fire features, olive trees and loungers built for lingering. Balconies extend from the upper rooms, offering quiet corners to retreat with a book or take in the breeze.

Evenings here unfold slowly, cocktails at the outdoor bar, a film in the cinema, a swim beneath the stars. This is a home that doesn’t just impress, it draws you in, offering space, peace and absolute privacy in the heart of Beverly Hills.
