Set within the exclusive Quinta do Perú Golf Resort, Vista Verde House is a contemporary retreat with soul, space, and serene Arrábida mountain views. Designed for families, golfers, and nature lovers alike, this tranquil four-bedroom villa sleeps eight guests in comfort and style, just 30km from Lisbon and within easy reach of Portugal’s best beaches.

The sleek, modern architecture makes an immediate impression, all clean lines, whitewashed walls, and full-height glass that invites the outdoors in. Inside, the palette is minimal and calming, with micro-cement floors, oak touches, and understated decor that allows the surrounding nature to take centre stage.

The open-plan living space flows effortlessly between the kitchen, dining and lounge areas, all of which look out onto the pool, lake, and landscape beyond. A fully equipped American kitchen caters to sociable cooking, while the relaxing lounge opens directly onto the terrace, ideal for summer evenings under the stars. An adjacent office room provides a handy work-from-holiday space.

Four restful bedrooms are split between the two floors. On the ground floor are two doubles, one twin, and two bathrooms, including a suite with its own elegant shower room. Upstairs, a light-filled suite with a private terrace and en-suite walk-in shower completes the layout, perfect for guests seeking a little privacy.

The infinity pool is the villa’s centrepiece, gently cascading towards the natural lake below, and surrounded by a sun deck with loungers for six. Alfresco dining is easy thanks to the covered terrace, charcoal barbecue, and outdoor lounge with wood burner for cooler evenings.

With golf on your doorstep, the coast a short drive away, and the breathtaking Arrábida mountains in view, Vista Verde House offers a quietly luxurious base to slow down, switch off, and soak up the best of southern Portugal.
