From the seafront, take the funicular elevator up to Villa Lati. Enter the villa at ground floor level, where there is a bright and breezy, double height, white timbered, open plan living space, with sliding glass doors that open out onto sea view terraces. The seating area has two inviting, comfy sofas, a coffee table, a flat-screen satellite television, with cable channels, a DVD and CD player, and an enclosed fireplace, for those cooler months and cosy evenings. There is an impressive eight-seater dining set for some splendid indoor entertaining. The all-white, galley-style kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest appliances you will need for your holiday, including that must-have dishwasher. There are four elegantly-appointed double bedrooms, some with furnished sea-view balconies. In the eaves, the master bedroom has a big double bed and a corner bath. Two further bedrooms have double beds, and there is a twin room. The villa has three exquisite bathrooms, each decorated in very different themes, with separate shower rooms and WCs.

The outside living space is breathtakingly lovely, well-manicured tiered terraces, populated with indigenous shrubs and plants that flower and scent in season, overlooking a mountain and cerulean sea backdrop.
