Enter the villa at ground floor level where there is an open plan living area. The entertainment lounge is furnished with a brown sofa and two comfy armchairs, useful coffee and side tables and a large flat screen tv, PlayStation 2, Bluetooth speakers, and a DVD player, perfect for relaxing evenings in and some family and friends' fun. The dining area has a wooden table with eight upholstered chairs to seat up to eight guests. The wood and white kitchen is well-equipped with all of the latest gadgets, including oven and hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and the essential coffee machine for your morning wake up. On this floor, there is also a convenient separate WC, with a useful washing machine and dryer. Step out onto the terrace, where you will find an outdoor dining space, a table to seat six, an in-built barbeque for alfresco feasts, and fabulous views over the valley.

Take the stairs to the lower ground floor, which is home to three bedrooms. The en-suite master bedroom has a big double bed, side tables and chest of drawers, flat-screen tv, and a safety deposit box, with a walk-shower, hand basin and WC. The second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds, capacious wardrobes, a flat-screen tv, and an en-suite walk-in shower room with a hand basin and WC. The third bedroom is also a twin, with a wooden dressing table and side tables, and a flat screen tv. A separate bathroom has a walk-in shower, hand basin and WC. From this floor, take a short flight of steps down to the paved patio, and step straight into your own private swimming pool, surrounded by ten white cushioned sunloungers and sunshade brollies. The perfect place to start to the day with a few laps before breakfast, or bask in the Maltese sunshine. Two further bedrooms are located on the sub lower ground floor, both twin beds, and one en-suite with a walk-in shower room, hand basin and WC.
