The studio cave apartment is especially romantic.

Within the vast grounds is another cave (grotta), that has been designed for events. Sandy beaches are within a 15-minute drive away, so why not make a picnic and head to the resort of Torre Canne for a day of sea and sand. Also nearby on the Adriatic coast is gorgeous Parco Dune Costiere. This huge area of parkland encompasses both inland and coastal landscapes, so you can enjoy walks, bike rides and swims in the sea.

Other highlights include the famous Valle d'Itria countryside and towns, such as Alberobello, Martina Franca, Cisternino and Locorotondo. There's also the city of Ostuni, or 'The White City'; a name given to the city due to the whitewashed buildings in its old town.
