Just a stone’s throw from the sun-kissed shores of San Francesco Bay, Villa Nassella is your own slice of Mediterranean paradise. Nestled in a lush private garden and just 100 metres from the sea, this beautiful Ischian retreat combines the ease of beachside living with the privacy and comfort of a luxury home.

With space for eight guests, the villa’s 180 m² layout is both airy and intimate. Inside, the style is coastal classic, fresh, bright and thoughtfully furnished. Three serene double bedrooms, two with ensuite bathrooms, ensure everyone has their own restful retreat, while the inviting living room, with its plush sofas and fireplace, offers the perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach.

The kitchen is fully equipped for those who love to cook, although with restaurants just 150 metres away, you may not feel the need! Enjoy long, lazy dinners under the stars at the outdoor dining area, complete with barbecue and garden lighting, then retire to the terrace for a glass of chilled white wine as the sea glows pink in the sunset.

But it’s the pool and gardens that truly set Villa Nassella apart. Mosaic-tiled and featuring a gentle cascade jet, the pool is surrounded by swaying palms and manicured lawns, offering a peaceful oasis for sunbathing, reading, or simply soaking up the Ischian sun. There’s even a hammock strung between the trees for ultimate holiday lounging.

Best of all, you’re wonderfully close to everything: the beach (150m), La Mortella Gardens, Negombo Thermal Park, and Forio’s buzzing harbour. Add in the optional services, from private chef to boat rental, and your stay can be as indulgent or as relaxed as you please.

Villa Nassella is your front-row seat to one of Ischia’s most charming corners, blending style, comfort, and sea breeze simplicity.
