The grand swimming pool is on the other side of the villa, gated off for safety and featuring a shaded poolside lounge and al-fresco terrace with its own electric sun canopy. With amazing landscapes to look out to, spend endless summer days preparing feasts by the barbecue and cooling off in the 12m long pool.

The charming medieval village of Biot is just a few minutes away by car where you will find delightful restaurants and an artistic vibe with studios and galleries. Head down to the coast with the great beaches north of Antibes just ten minutes by car or venture a little further towards the palm-fringed shores of Cannes and the idyllic bays of Cap d’Antibes.

Visit the gastronomic restaurants of flower-filled Mougins, the vibrant Farmer’s market in Valbonne or the perfume museum in Grasse before playing a round of golf in one of the many prestigious courses of this region.

Keen walkers will love the trail along the Brague river between Valbonne and Biot whilst there are also plenty of horse-riding and cycling opportunities. Not to mention endless activities for children – there is something for everyone in this enticing part of the Côte d'Azur.
