Amongst golden fields and summer sunflowers, La Ferme Éclaircie is a traditional Gascon farmhouse exuding authenticity and calm in the Gers countryside, close to picture-perfect villages and market towns.

Inside, the farmhouse blends rustic charm with modern comfort. Oak beams and traditional terracotta floors set the tone, while original fireplaces offer warmth and atmosphere. The home comfortably accommodates 6 guests across three pretty bedrooms upstairs, with extra beds available on request. Downstairs, the spacious living and dining room is ideal for gathering over local delicacies, while the well-equipped kitchen opens directly to the garden for al-fresco meals.

With Wi-Fi throughout, a Sonos sound system, TV with streaming apps and a collection of games and local maps, every detail has been considered. A dedicated utility room includes a Peloton bike for those who want to keep active.

Outside, the garden invites long afternoons and summer siestas. A large 12-metre pool glistens in the sun, surrounded by loungers and shaded corners under mature trees. Dine beneath the stars on the terrace, challenge your group to table tennis or simply retreat with a cool drink in the hangar and take in the gorgeous rural views.

La Ferme Éclaircie is ideally placed to explore the charm and culture of Gascony. Just ten minutes away, Lectoure enchants with its Friday market, shops and restaurants. The wider region is rich with medieval bastides, vineyard tours, lakeside beaches and historic sites. Summer festivals and village fêtes abound, while nearby towns such as Fleurance, Agen and Auch offer delightful day trips.

Whether you’re cycling through vineyards, unwinding by the pool or discovering local flavours at a market, La Ferme Éclaircie offers relaxed rural living with a touch of French tradition.
