Along Corsica’s south-eastern coastline, a short stroll from the revered sands of Palombaggia, Villa Mare e Luce commands an incredible setting looking out towards the sea. With panoramic views that sweep across the horizon, this contemporary luxury villa invites guests to settle into a world of effortless beauty and refined relaxation.

From the moment you step through the entrance hall, the villa’s design opens outward toward the sea. A vast living space flows into a state-of-the-art kitchen and dining area, whilst floor to ceiling windows give way to an extraordinary outdoor terrace where a 16-metre mirrored infinity pool awaits. Back inside, a private gym offers space for energising routines and the cinema room promises indulgent evenings indoors.

With five thoughtfully curated bedrooms including a showstopping master suite with its own private terrace, every guest will find space to unwind in privacy. Gorgeous vistas, terrace access and elegant en-suites with large showers define the sea-facing rooms, while two garden bedrooms offer a calm and verdant outlook.

Beyond its architectural poise, Villa Mare e Luce offers a high level of service. Breakfast each morning is a wonderful way to start the day and included fresh fruit and juices, pastries and eggs of choice. Daily housekeeping is also included and other additional services can be arranged on request including a private chef.

A dusty path through the trees leads downhill to Palombaggia’s white sands, where crystalline waters and whispering pines define Corsica’s most iconic bay. Just a short drive away, Porto-Vecchio’s marina and old town invite you to explore elegant boutiques, cafés and seasonal markets.

For families or friends seeking a coastal retreat where every detail has been considered, Villa Mare e Luce is an invitation to savour Corsica at its most sublime.
