Tucked between forested hills and sweeping vineyards in peaceful Dubravka, Villa Ivan is a charming, traditional retreat in Croatia’s southernmost region. Set on the upper floor of a rustic stone house, the villa combines authentic character with comfort, offering a welcoming living space featuring two sofas, a flat-screen satellite TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and two dining areas—one situated beside a log-burner. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing local dishes, and the air-conditioned lounge ensures a cool escape from the summer sun.

Three comfortable bedrooms accommodate up to six guests: two with king-size beds and one twin room. One of the double rooms benefits from an en-suite, while the remaining rooms share a family bathroom, both featuring spacious showers. A balcony overlooks the lush, enclosed garden, home to a large private pool, sun loungers, and a built-in barbecue with alfresco dining.

Just under an hour from Dubrovnik and a short drive from the Montenegrin and Bosnian borders, Villa Ivan offers a secluded, nature-rich base for exploring the region, with Cavtat’s coastal charm and access to boats.
