Açıklama İngilizceWith far-reaching Adriatic views and a peaceful setting on Istria’s eastern coast, Villa Tankia is a contemporary five-bedroom retreat designed for families and groups looking to make the most of Croatia’s outdoor lifestyle. Located around 15km from the historic hilltop town of Labin and 20km from the beaches of Rabac, the villa combines modern comforts with excellent leisure facilities, including a private pool, wellness area, games room and sports court.
Outdoor living takes centre stage here. The spacious terrace features a private swimming pool with a waterfall feature, sun loungers and plenty of space to unwind in the sunshine. Active guests can enjoy basketball and volleyball, while younger visitors have their own play area with swings, a slide and trampoline. The summer kitchen and covered dining terrace make al fresco meals easy, whether you’re preparing a family barbecue or sharing local specialities long into the evening. Upstairs, sea-view lounge and dining spaces provide the perfect backdrop for sunset drinks overlooking the coastline.
Inside, bright and contemporary interiors are spread across three levels. Open-plan living areas connect seamlessly to panoramic balconies, while five comfortable bedrooms offer flexible accommodation for a variety of group sizes. A dedicated wellness area with a Finnish sauna, hot tub and relaxation space provides a welcome place to recharge, while the games room and private gym ensure there is plenty to enjoy without leaving the villa.
