At just 8km from Supetar, where you have ferry connections back to Split on the Croatian mainland, it enjoys both a convenient and quiet location. Villa Nerežišća comes with a pretty outdoor terrace and pool.
Around 10 minutes’ drive from the beach, this villa offers privacy and peace on its terrace, shaded by trees and bushes. You have a heated pool of 24 sq m and a sun deck with loungers right beside it, as well as a shower.
A covered area with dining table and chairs and a barbecue is also adjacent to the pool, and there is a second dining space in the open air just a few steps away – a particularly pleasing spot. Next to this is a large, comfy swing chair that is perfect for relaxing in the sun.
You can step straight inside from the poolside dining terrace, as fresh air and natural light floods into the house. The open-plan living area is air-conditioned and offers two comfy sofas and a dining table with seating for eight. You’ll have entertainment in the form of a flatscreen TV and PS4, while the kitchen area has all you need, including a fridge, coffee machine and dishwasher.
A king-size bedroom and a family bathroom are also found on the ground floor, while the two remaining bedrooms are upstairs. Both are equipped with TV, air-conditioning and king-size bed, and enjoy lovely views of the surroundings. These two rooms share a family bathroom with shower on the same floor.
The scenic island of Brač has much to offer. You’ll be just a short drive from its largest town, Supetar, where you will find a pretty harbour and medieval streets lined with cafés and restaurants. Other island highlights include the popular windsurfing beach of Zlatni Rat and the fantastic views from Brač’s highest peak, Vidova Gora. You can also visit the neighbouring island of Šolta, or head back to the mainland to see the grand city of Split or the glamorous Makarska Riviera.
