This handsome former village pub in Leonard Stanley has been thoughtfully transformed into a generous home that invites friends and families to savour good company and Cotswold village life at its best. Set across three welcoming floors with room for up to 21 guests in nine bedrooms, The Fold keeps its historic character while offering modern comforts that make extended stays effortless and enjoyable.

Step inside and you’ll find spaces designed for shared moments and quieter retreats alike. The bar area hints at the building’s past and now becomes a natural gathering spot for drinks and conversations, while a large well-equipped kitchen and dining area encourages lingering breakfasts and festive dinners together. Plush living rooms and cosy corners make it easy to relax after a day exploring the surrounding countryside.

Outdoors, find the private garden where you can unwind beneath the stars in the bubbling hot tub or enjoy morning coffee before setting out on one of the many footpaths that thread through village lanes and countryside. Well-behaved dogs are warmly welcomed, and easy walks begin right from the doorstep.

With Stroud and other classic Cotswold towns within easy reach, this home is an ideal base for exploring local markets, independent cafés and historic streets between days spent in spacious comfort. Whether you’re planning a family reunion, a friends’ retreat or a multi-generational getaway, it’s a place where the rhythm of village life and the joy of togetherness sit naturally side by side.
