Tempo Cottage is a beautifully romantic hideaway for two, set within the expansive grounds of an exceptional coastal estate on the southwest edge of Scotland. Sheltered by mature trees and surrounded by sun-filled gardens, this one-bedroom lodge offers a calm and intimate retreat where privacy is effortless and the wider landscape feels wonderfully generous. The estate itself forms part of the experience, with sweeping grounds, historic planting and a coastline that feels wild and largely untouched, all just moments from the lodge.

Inside, the lodge has been designed to feel warm, comfortable and quietly refined. Underfloor heating and a woodburning stove create a welcoming atmosphere throughout the year, while the open-plan living space encourages slow, unhurried days indoors. The kitchen is well equipped for simple self-catering, and large windows frame views of the enclosed garden, drawing natural light deep into the space. The bedroom features a super-king bed and flows into a modern ensuite bathroom with a rain shower, creating a restful and thoughtfully considered retreat.

Outside, Tempo Cottage enjoys a private garden that feels both sheltered and deeply peaceful. Seating areas provide space to pause and take in the surroundings, whether starting the day with coffee or unwinding as evening falls. An outdoor bath tucked beneath greenery adds a memorable element, offering a rare chance to relax beneath open skies in complete seclusion. Beyond the garden, the estate opens out into woodland, lawns and winding paths that gently lead towards the coast, encouraging quiet exploration at your own pace.

Whether you are seeking a romantic coastal escape or simply time to disconnect and recharge, Tempo Cottage offers a carefully balanced experience where comfort, privacy and an extraordinary setting come together naturally.
