Set within 350 acres of private farmland straddling the Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire border, Fieldstone Granary is a characterful three-bedroom barn conversion offering a refined yet relaxed countryside stay.

Sleeping six guests across three bedrooms, this two-storey red-brick barn pairs heritage features with carefully considered modern comforts. Underfloor heating runs throughout, while restored oak beams, exposed brickwork and authentic farm antiques pay tribute to its agricultural past. A generous family kitchen and welcoming living room create inviting spaces to gather, while a playful bunk room ensures younger guests feel just as at home.

Large windows frame views of formal gardens, meadowland and open countryside, and French doors lead out to a spacious stone terrace. Here, outdoor dining, a wood-fired hot tub and a fire pit set the scene for long evenings under wide rural skies. Dog friendly and well equipped for family stays, Fieldstone Granary offers an easy, design-led escape with space to slow down and reconnect.
