Perched in the peaceful mountain valleys of Leogang, Chalet Leo offers an extraordinary year-round retreat that combines contemporary elegance, Alpine character, and the space of a private estate. Across 1,800 square metres of refined interiors, the chalet and adjoining guest house host up to twenty guests in ten bedrooms, eight of which are en-suite, plus a dedicated family suite.

The main chalet features vast floor-to-ceiling windows, a Yamaha self-playing grand piano, professional sound systems, and a spacious lounge ideal for both relaxation and entertaining. Guests can enjoy a wealth of facilities, including a fourteen-metre indoor pool, a fully equipped fitness suite with climbing wall, a home cinema with a 3.6-metre screen, and a wellness area with sauna and treatment spaces.

The guest house adds five further bedrooms, its own sauna, and generous living areas, offering the perfect balance of privacy and togetherness for large groups. Across the estate, multiple terraces, elegant dining spaces, and gourmet kitchens provide ample opportunity for socialising, while extensive children’s facilities range from a Wehrfritz-designed indoor play paradise to two large outdoor playgrounds.

In winter, Chalet Leo is a haven for skiers and snowboarders. The private Super Ski Shuttle ensures exclusive, flexible access to Austria’s most prestigious resorts, including Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn, Zell am See, and the Kitzsteinhorn Glacier. With the Super Ski Card and optional EPIC or IKON passes, guests can explore over two thousand kilometres of pistes.

In summer, hiking trails, mountain biking routes, and cultural excursions await, while the estate’s outdoor spaces offer a tranquil setting for al fresco dining, yoga, or evening drinks.

Sustainability is at the core of Chalet Leo, which runs entirely on geothermal and solar energy for CO₂-free operation. Each stay also supports charitable initiatives, offering not only luxury and comfort but a meaningful Alpine experience.
